A Colorado group known for leading the movement to protect and preserve the Second Amendment announced Monday that it will sue the state, arguing that the law banning “ghost guns” is unconstitutional.

“In Bruen, the Supreme Court made clear that any law that violates the right to bear arms must be consistent with the historical understanding of the Second Amendment,” Rose said. “Senate Bill 23-270 clearly does not meet this standard. If homemade unserialized guns were not legal at the founding of our country, we would all have British accents.”
The group says the bill lacks clarity and unfairly targets peaceful citizens.
