Rep. Lauren Boebert's ex-husband, Jason Boebert, was jailed earlier this week after allegedly having a drunken breakdown at a trendy bar in Silt, Colorado.
According to the Silt Police Department, Jason Boebert originally called 911 to report “domestic violence abuse” from Miner's Complaint Restaurant on Main Street around 8 p.m. Saturday, but the caller did not I cut it.
When the deputy called back, the dispatcher heard her ex claim in the background that “she punched me in the face.”
However, when police arrived, they found no marks or injuries on his face, and Boebert cooperated with responding officers, but described his behavior as “highly intoxicated” and “uncooperative.” It was done.

Police said restaurant employees asked Jason Boebert to leave, but he refused. Officers also asked him to leave, but he allegedly ignored their requests and had to be “physically removed” by police.
There is no surveillance video of the incident at the restaurant, and no witnesses have come forward to provide statements or cell phone video, authorities said.

Jason Boebert also recanted his claim that he was punched in the face, and police determined that allegations of misconduct against him were “unfounded.”
Silt Police Lt. Matt Gronbeck said in a statement, “The investigation into Rep. Lauren Boebert has concluded.”
But on Tuesday, police obtained an arrest warrant for her ex-husband on charges of obstructing a security guard, trespassing and disorderly conduct. He was arrested and released at Garfield County Jail.

“This is a sad situation for everyone that continues to escalate and is another reason for me to be transferred,” the congressman previously told FOX News Digital. “I did not punch Jason in the face and no one was arrested. I will consult with my attorney regarding the false allegations he made against me and will consider all legal options.”
Boebert filed for divorce last year, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
