Subcommittee Votes on Bill and Hillary Clinton’s Connection to Ghislaine Maxwell

A House subcommittee recently voted regarding Bill and Hillary Clinton’s association with Ghislaine Maxwell, who was convicted for her role as an accomplice to the notorious pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

During a Federal Law Enforcement Subcommittee hearing, Rep. Scott Perry (R-PA) introduced a subpoena complaint that was approved through audio voting by a Republican-led panel, without any formal roll call.

The list of individuals mentioned in Maxwell’s subpoena request included notable figures such as former FBI director James Comey, special advisor Robert Mueller, and former Attorneys General Loretta Lynch, Eric Holder, Merrick Garland, Bill Barr, Jeff Sessions, and Alberto Gonzalez. This move aims to expand the inquiry to full committees.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) is set to formally issue the subpoena to Clinton.

A spokesperson for the House Oversight Committee indicated that “the subpoena will be issued in the future.”

In his 2024 book, “Citizens: My Life After the White House,” Clinton mentioned having traveled on Epstein’s private plane, which was colloquially referred to as the Lolita Express, in connection with his work for a nonprofit under the Clinton Global Initiative. He expressed regret, stating, “I wish I hadn’t seen him before,” and remarked that the journey “is not worth it for years to come.”

While Clinton has not faced legal accusations regarding Epstein, he noted that he does not view Epstein and Maxwell as minors involved in sex trafficking.

Visitor logs reveal that Epstein visited the White House at least 17 times after Clinton took office in 1993.

The subcommittee has also directed the Department of Justice to provide all communications related to the Epstein case involving current officials, including President Joe Biden.

This action follows the subpoenaing of Maxwell, who has been serving a 20-year sentence since her conviction in 2022 on conspiracy charges for sex trafficking. A deposition is planned for August 11 at the federal correctional facility in Tallahassee, where Maxwell is currently incarcerated.
