Grassroots Republicans and conservatives have argued that President-elect Donald Trump's top priority after taking office should be redressing illegal immigration and enforcing deportations.
A new poll of attendees at America Fest, an event coordinated by political commentator and Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, reveals some interesting sentiments among Republicans.
America Fest attendees are typically considered to be very politically active, seeing commentators and politicians like Trump and Tucker Carlson, and even comedians like Rob Schneider. I'm willing to pay a lot of money for it.
Kirk revealed the results of the survey on his X page. They showed overwhelming support for President Trump's policies and cabinet appointments.
“71% of respondents strongly support a primary challenge to Republican members of Congress who vote against any of President Trump’s cabinet choices,” Kirk wrote in an attachment. graphic. “Only 14% oppose key issues.”
Among President Trump's Cabinet nominees, respondents were most excited about Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., followed closely by FBI director nominee Kash Patel. RFK and Patel were by far the best. most popular nominations and 31% were selected first by 35% and 31%, respectively.
Other names cited by respondents include former Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard and Fox News host Pete Hegseth.

For Mr. Trump policyattendees voted that Trump's top priorities in office should be “illegal immigration, border security, and deportation.”
“A 63% majority said President Trump's first priority on day one should be securing the border and deporting illegal immigrants who are already here,” Kirk continued.
The second most relevant policy was amnesty for those arrested for participating in January 6th, and third was “reducing spending and national debt.”

A whopping 62% of those surveyed disapproved of Mike Johnson's performance as Speaker of the House of Representatives, with 58.8% saying no. question “Do you think Mike Johnson should remain Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives?”
Mr Kirk also pointed out that only 22% of people approved of Mr Johnson's performance.
J.D. Vance was the leading candidate for the 2028 Republican presidential nomination with an overwhelming 59%, followed by Donald Trump Jr. in second place with 17%. 11% were undecided.
As for what participants thought about their political opponents, 35% expected California Governor Gavin Newsom to be the Democratic presidential nominee in 2028, and 17% thought it would be Vice President Kamala Harris again. I thought about it.
At the same time, more than 90% of respondents said they supported indicting Anthony Fauci for “illicitly financing the production of COVID-19 in a Chinese laboratory.”
