Discovery of Human Fetuses in Poland
In a shocking turn of events, construction workers in a rural area of Poland uncovered the remains of 32 human fetuses while working on a driveway.
The remains, discovered on a Friday, were reportedly taken from a hospital by a pathologist, who allegedly used them for unauthorized “scientific” experiments in her home.
This unsettling finding occurred on a property located in the village of Rutrij, near Rzeszow. The house was once owned by a 57-year-old pathologist identified by local media as Magdalena H. Kennedy.
The couple who currently owns the five-acre plot had recently purchased it from Magdalena and were just beginning renovations when they stumbled upon this horrifying secret.
As news of the shocking discovery spread, the previously quiet village transformed into a major crime scene.
Forensic scientists in white hazmat suits set up tents on the grounds and meticulously searched for more evidence.
Magdalena H. was arrested on the same Friday in Zamosc, located in eastern Poland.
The investigation revealed not only human remains but also a considerable amount of medical waste, all of which has now become the focus of the investigation.
Authorities stated that items found included human fetuses and other materials that might represent similarly early-stage remains.
Reports from Poland’s Radio Eska indicate that Magdalena told prosecutors she had taken the fetus from a hospital during the coronavirus pandemic, using it for suspected medical research before burying it onsite.
Locals described her as somewhat reclusive, with one villager commenting, “I don’t even know what this woman is doing. I recognized her face but that’s about it.”
Another neighbor remarked, “It was a little strange.”
Investigators suspect she buried the remains to avoid costs associated with proper disposal.
Magdalena H. faces serious charges, including desecration of a corpse and the illegal disposal of hazardous medical waste. If found guilty, she could face a prison sentence of up to 12 years.
