UFC CEO Dana White Reflects on Charlie Kirk’s Assassination
In a recent appearance on Fox News’ Special Report, UFC CEO Dana White shared his thoughts on the assassination of Charlie Kirk. White, who supports President Donald Trump, admitted that the situation was “difficult to wrap around your brain.”
“Things were starting to feel normal again, and then this happened. It’s like we’re back to square one,” he expressed. White noted that both his daughter and many of her friends had been inspired by Charlie, making the tragedy even harder to comprehend.
He mentioned his hope for “uniformity” and a sense of “normality” following the tragic event.
“What I’m really looking for this year—and the next—is for the country to come together, to stop all the fighting and finger-pointing, and just get back to normal,” he stated.
During his appearance on Logan Paul’s podcast, White described his initial reaction to the news. “I had just woken up and my phone was blowing up. I was blown away,” he said. His children, like many others, were also deeply affected.
“I was surprised by how much my kids were impacted. My daughter, who’s 19 and in college, has been struggling with this for the past few days. It’s just heartbreaking for his family,” he added.
Meanwhile, Tyler Robinson has been charged with multiple offenses related to the murder.
