Democrat-Backed Radical Muslim Celebrates Sen. Graham's Death

Democratic leaders in Dallas, Texas, were seen supporting Muslim leaders in light of the passing of Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina).

Amy Mek, the founder of the Rise Foundation, noted on Sunday that “Imam” Omar Suleiman had shared news of the senator’s death shortly after it became public.

“It’s troubling to see a U.S. senator’s death being celebrated by a prominent imam, especially one like Suleiman who operates in Texas without any governmental pushback,” she observed, mentioning Suleiman’s history of defending convicted terrorists and advocating for a third intifada, along with ties to leaders associated with the Muslim Brotherhood, who are banned from entering the U.S.

“What really stands out is the support Suleiman receives from the Democratic Party and their so-called ‘Red-Green Alliance.’ They even went so far as to invite him to Congress for prayers… It’s quite something that they treat this figure, who harbors aspirations to undermine America, as a respected religious authority while he publicly celebrates an American official’s death and pushes for the Islamization of Western societies,” Mek added.

In fact, reports indicate that Democrats had previously invited Suleiman to pray at the opening ceremony of the U.S. House of Representatives in 2019.

“Mr. Suleiman, who prayed during Ramadan, was invited by Congressman Eddie Bernice Johnson (D-Texas),” the report stated.

In a post reflecting on Graham’s passing, Suleiman remarked: “In other news, Lindsay Graham has passed away. I stand with Israel. Do whatever you have to do…” He added comments that suggested aggressive actions in Gaza and concluded with, “Goodbye, Lindsay. May you live eternity among the ruins because you helped build them in Gaza. Amen.”

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu expressed in a eulogy that Israel had “lost one of its greatest friends” in Graham.

“America mourns a true patriot. I have lost a dear friend. Our thoughts are with Lindsey’s family and the American people during this trying time. May his principles and dedication continue to guide us toward victory and peace, and may his memory be forever honored.”

Graham’s office announced that the 71-year-old senator passed away late Saturday following a “short, sudden illness,” as confirmed by reports. He had just returned from a visit to Ukraine, where he had met with President Volodymyr Zelensky.

“Should a vacancy arise in the Senate, the governor has the authority to appoint someone to fill the position until a new election occurs,” the report noted.
