Introducing This Year’s Pregame Performers

This year’s lineup of pregame entertainers reflects an evolving trend in NFL music, definitely aimed at a younger demographic. While “young” may not completely capture it, these performers certainly differ from the traditional acts of the past. So, let’s take a closer look at who’s set to take the stage.

Charlie Puth to Perform the National Anthem

Charlie Puth’s rise in the music world over the last 15 years began on YouTube, where he gained fame as one of the platform’s most notable singers. He first made a name for himself with song covers and parodies, but things changed dramatically once he signed with the record label of Ellen DeGeneres, who spotted him online.

In 2015, he truly broke into mainstream success with his collaboration alongside Wiz Khalifa for the song “See You Again,” featured on the *Furious 7* soundtrack. This track served as a tribute to actor Paul Walker, who passed away. It hit number one in over 30 countries and climbed as high as number three on the Billboard Hot 100 by the year’s end.

Since then, Puth has launched three studio albums, with the fourth one expected to arrive in 2026.

Brandi Carlile to Perform “America the Beautiful”

Brandi Carlile’s career spans 20 years and she has consistently been a prominent figure among Grammy nominees in the Americana and American roots genres. Her breakthrough into mainstream hype occurred in 2019 when both her song and album *The Joke* received nominations for Record of the Year and Song of the Year. Carlile has collaborated with a wide range of artists, including Elton John, Soundgarden, The Black Keys, and even Dolly Parton, showcasing her versatility.

Her powerful voice, combined with soulful guitar sounds inspired by classic rock and blues, makes her pregame performance a must-see.

Coco Jones to Perform “Lift Every Voice and Sing”

Coco Jones, who started on Disney Radio, has transitioned into a flourishing R&B career and is now regarded as one of the most promising rising stars in the genre. Many recognize her for her role as Hilary Banks in the popular show *Bel-Air*. She has intentionally chosen to scale back on acting to devote more time to her music.

Jones earned her first Grammy nomination in 2025 for “Here We Go (Uh Oh)” and her latest album, *Why Not More?*, is up for Album of the Year in 2026.
