Data from Walt Disney’s internal Slack workplace collaboration system has been leaked online, including data related to advertising campaigns, studio tech and interview candidates. The Wall Street Journal reported. Monday.
Hacking group NullBulge has published data from thousands of entertainment giants’ Slack channels, including computer code and details of unannounced projects, the group said. Blog Post.
The hacker group said in a post on Friday that they had exposed more than a terabyte of data from Disney.
The leaked information included discussions about managing Disney’s corporate website, software development and evaluating job applicants, and the data dates back to at least 2019, the Journal report added.
“Disney is investigating this matter,” a company spokesman told Reuters in an email.
