This Roomba was rolling all the way to the back.
The poor dog was in the kennel after the automatic smart vacuum cleaner cleaned up its feces. Over 1.8 million views.
Jam Press reported that his owner, Chris Fanning, frequently films his golden retriever, Topher, in action for his more than 157,000 followers on Instagram.
Although their adventures usually involve hitchhiking, Fanning came back while he was out cycling. This time, the pup literally went into a deep doo-doo after pooping indoors “when the Roomba turned on,” according to the clip.
The next clip begins with Topher feeling guilty as his owner confronts him over a poopy Roomba.
Then it moves like a rotating septic tank to a soot sucker dirty with excrement.
“You're going to kill me, brother,” Fanning said, filming the vacuum cleaner's trail of Topher's feces all over the floor.
Commenters were perplexed that Topher was treating the robot vacuum like a mobile poop storage.
“Poor child!!!!!!” Oh my god. It was no match for the Roomba,” said one fan.
Another person wrote: I'm just saying. ”
“Dude, I couldn't handle that mess with the Roomba and the poop,” said a third man.
Another commenter, Samaritan, advised Fanning to throw away the stinky dust buster, saying, “No matter how clean you think it is, it's going to spread poop smell all over your house.”
“Big brother knew exactly how to take Roomba outside,” one witty Instagram comment said.
Indeed, given the track record of automated vacuum cleaners “attacking” man's best friend, this sordid incident may be fitting.
In 2019, Missouri State Police had to be called in to rescue an elderly Shih Tzu that was sucked into one of the dirt terminators.
Meanwhile, this spring, cybercriminals hacked a robot vacuum cleaner and made it chase a Los Angeles family's dog around the house like something out of a dystopian sci-fi thriller.
