Donald Trump is selling $60 ‘God Bless the USA’ Bibles ahead of Easter

Former President Donald Trump announced on his social media platform Truth Social that he will be partnering with country musician Lee Greenwood to sell “God Bless the USA” Bibles ahead of Good Friday and Easter Sunday. .

“Happy Holy Week! Let’s get America praying again. For Good Friday and Easter, we encourage you to grab your ‘God Bless America’ Bible,” President Trump said in the post.

The former president said every American should have a Bible in their home, adding that he has many Bibles himself.

“Every American needs a Bible in their home, and I have many. It’s my favorite book,” Trump said in a video posted to Truth Social. “I’m proud to support and encourage you to get this Bible. We must get America praying again.”

A website for purchasing Bibles lists these books as the only Bibles inspired by America’s most famous patriotic song, “God Bless The USA.”

This is not the first time Trump has teamed up with a country music star, as he has frequently used patriotic songs as his entrance song at rallies and occasionally at White House events throughout his presidency. Ta.

According to the website, the Bible features the U.S. Constitution, Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights, Pledge of Allegiance, and even a handwritten chant of “God Bless The USA.”

It also explains that the Bible is designed to be easy to read with large print, a slim design, and an authoritative King James translation.

“Religion and Christianity are the biggest things missing in this country, and I truly believe that we need to get them back, and we need to get them back quickly,” Trump said in a video. “I think this is one of the biggest problems we have. That’s why our country is in disarray. We’ve lost religion in this country.”

The website also states that GodBlessTheUSABible.com is not political or affiliated with any political movement.

The latest move comes as the former president fights a series of civil charges, as well as four criminal charges, while facing a severe funding crunch amid mounting legal claims.

Trump appeared to have some relief Monday after an appeals court reduced his bail, saying he must pay $175 million within the next 10 days.

President Trump previously faced a Monday deadline to pay $454 million in bail resulting from allegations of civil fraud by New York Attorney General Letitia James.

President Trump said he would “comply” with the appeal decision and post bail of $175 million.

If President Trump pays the $175 million by the new deadline, it will effectively block James’ attempts to seize his assets as he continues to appeal New York Judge Arthur Engoron’s ruling.
