Donald Trump will drain the deep state swamp to boost business

As the saying goes, Rome wasn't built in a day. So it won't dismantle the vast progressive regulatory state that has grown to enormous size under the Biden-Harris administration.

But that's how some smart people in his kitchen cabinet, even before Trump's big victory, and even after his victory in the U.S. Senate and perhaps the House of Representatives, woke up broad swaths of the administrative state and the nation. That doesn't mean it's not discussed. Restoring agencies like the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission to their original purpose mandated by Congress as the consumer protection arm of the government.

From what I hear, the first order of business is to start shooting from the top. At the top of the list is the SEC's hyper-woke Gary Gensler, who has removed all traces of him from office after rumors that he wanted to finish out his term in June 2026.

I'm told President Trump will literally lock him out of the building and disable his access to his computer if necessary.

Without that, he could, through his proxies, launch a public campaign to shame Gensler, perhaps the most woke and meddlesome bureaucrat in Washington, D.C., and eliminate costly and useless climate change from public companies. He will lead the government by pointing out how he has gone above and beyond the call of duty by promoting progressive policies like disclosure. This is a crackdown on virtual currencies in general that President Trump is currently working on.
