Donald Trump is facing jury after jury and trial, some of which happen to be in some of the most ruthless courts in the country.
The Manhattan hush money trial is one example, in which the jury voted to convict the former president even though many conservatives believed justice had not been served.
In fact, they believe it is the opposite of justice.
One of the juries he now faces is in Washington, DC, where just 6% of the population voted for him.
Other trials are scheduled to take place in Florida and Georgia.
“If you were giving advice.” Glenn Beck I ask Dr. Phil, “How would you understand the incident from his perspective? What advice would you give to his lawyer?”
Dr. Phil recently interviewed the former president and believes he has the answers.
“I absolutely do what we call ‘defendant plaintiff.’ You have to put the prosecution on trial. You don’t want to defend Donald Trump. You want to put the other side on trial,” he explains.
“We’d be much better off if we could flip that around and say, ‘We need to determine what the motivations of the other side of this lawsuit are,'” he continues. “Instead of defending the defendant, we’d be much better off making the defendant the plaintiff.”
“Six percent voted for your candidate,” he added with a shrug.
