The Volusia Sheriff's Office said its deputies and Volusia County fire rescue were called to Lake Diaz in Deleon Springs on Tuesday to discover that “the boat is spinning in a circle.”
“The corresponding unit found one unresponsive resident on the boat and immediately came up with a plan to save him,” according to the Sheriff's Office. “The marine unit crew will be on board with John KYP, the VCFR Deputy Division's Chief and Technical Rescue Assistant Team Leader, to stop the boat and move close enough to take patients to the shore for further treatment. did.

The rescue footage begins with an aerial view showing the boat spinning out of control over Lake Diaz.
