Early Vote Numbers in North Carolina Strong for Republicans

Early voting numbers in North Carolina have traditionally been heavily Republican, according to the latest data.

“The first day of early voting in North Carolina saw an 18-point change for Republicans from the first day of 2020,” said Eric Daugherty of Florida's Voice after the first round of early voting in the battleground state. I said this after the day ended. He added more context, noting that the first day of early voting “looks like it's going to be Democratic Day.”

The data also shows significant changes in the number of in-person early voters in the state who did not vote in the previous election. In fact, Democratic support appears to have declined from 36.9 percent in 2022 to 32 percent in 2024, while Republican support appears to have gone from 26.5 percent in 2022 to 34 percent in 2024.

This reality is also consistent with record-breaking early voting rates in Georgia. Voting began in the Peach State on Tuesday, breaking previous turnout records on the first day alone.

“The previous record for first-day voting was 136,000 votes, and we blew that away by over 300,000 votes,” former Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-Ga.) said during an appearance on the show. Breitbart News Daily. “Since yesterday, it was 550,000 people.” [who] I voted. ”

“So that's about 10 percent of the state in the first two days,” she continued.

“Typically, the last day of early voting, which comes 19 days after the first day of early voting, is the biggest day. But we broke that record as well,” Loeffler said, adding, “Turnout is unprecedented in this election.” said that it is expected.

“At the moment we are satisfied with the status quo and the moment we release our feet, the momentum disappears,” she warns the Republican member. “So we need to build on this.”
