Eella Langley on Second Album ‘Dandelion’

Ella Langley discussed the release of several singles and the momentum building for her second album during an interview at the iHeartRadio Music Awards on March 26, 2026, in Los Angeles.

It’s clear that Langley seems unfazed by the noise on social media.

As many know, she’s become a leading figure in country music, without a contender in sight. Dominating the charts and collecting awards, her authenticity has garnered her a devoted following.

Now, she’s sharing an important message about the pitfalls of social media.

Ella Langley Criticizes Social Media’s Dishonesty

Social media can be a rather toxic environment. Often, you’ll find people pretending to be someone they aren’t, just trying to keep up.

It’s honestly quite ridiculous, and Langley has had enough of it.

After collaborating with Morgan Wallen, a duet that drew political scrutiny, her fans have rallied to support her.

“When you think about social media, it lets you peek into everyone else’s life. Sometimes it can make you feel inadequate—like, you’re not good enough or cool enough,” Langley expressed during a recent performance that went viral. “But who cares? This is me, and that’s all you’ll get from me.”

She hit the nail on the head. Social media often strays far from reality.

People commonly project an altered version of themselves. I know individuals who behave quite differently in private than in public.

You won’t find me posting pictures from a private jet or flaunting a lavish lifestyle online. It’s just not necessary or particularly interesting.

Langley is right; we really shouldn’t let the internet dictate our happiness.
