The second wanted suspect, an older boy wearing a New York Yankees cap, is believed to be the only person in the crowd who punched the former governor during the scuffle.
Police said Patterson and her stepson were walking along East 96th Street around 8:30 p.m. Friday when they were approached by young men. Curtis Sliwa said the two were walking their dog.
