After a former New York trooper was arrested and he was told he had shot his feet, he reportedly injured an unknown gunman.
A 27 -year -old Thomas Mascia said on Monday last year after driving on a Long Island highway at Hemp Sted Lake State Park for help.
He has also been accused of planting a shell case at the site, when he shot himself.
Mascia was charged with official misconduct, ran out evidence and forged documents.

Mascia was a trooper since 2019 before resiging the army on Friday. After the state police began a crime investigation of gunfire, he was suspended in November without salary.
According to the prosecutor, his parents, Dorothy and Thomas, were charged with the criminals of firearms after a diameter gun used in gunfire was found in a western humpsted bedroom.
The three were acquitted and were released to the date of the next court scheduled for February 5.
The prosecutor said in a court application that Mascia had shot himself in an obvious attempt to be warned and sympathetic.

After hearing, Mascia's actions were “ruthless” deceived CEPTION after hearing.
“He knew the fear that it created, and he did it anyway,” she said.
Family lawyer Jeffrey Lichtmann said that Massia was suffering from a mental health problem that has not been treated for years.
“There are many ways that are not dangerous and dangerous to gain sympathy that includes sympathy that does not include shooting themselves,” he said. “And now, the whole family is suffering for that, so that it is usually like that in such a situation.”
Mascia argued on October 30 that the legs were shot by a black sedan driver parked on the left shoulder of the Southern State Park.

He claimed that the driver had fled to New York City with a temporary New Jersey registration and led the authorities to launch a manhunt for several days.
Police said that there was no video video of the case because the Mascia body camera was not active at the time.
Mascia's father was found guilty of cocaine distribution and was fired from the New York Police Station in 1993.
