Exiled Prince of Iran Calls on Israel to Overthrow Regime in Tehran

Iran's exiled crown prince has called on Iran's Middle Eastern neighbors to counter Tehran's influence, support Israel's wars and overthrow dictatorships.

“The Tehran regime is responsible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands of innocent people, including Iranians, Arabs, Israelis, Christians, Muslims and Jews,” said Reza Pahlavi, the exiled Iranian crown prince. Ta.

Pahlavi, the son of Iran's last shah, also said the majority of Iranians want their country's repressive government removed. CBN News.

“So I want to say to my friends in the Middle East: our region deserves better, but to succeed we must first overcome this crisis that has held us hostage for nearly half a century,” Pahlavi said in a message posted. The regime must fall.” On YouTube.

Despite some Iranians supporting military action against Israel, Pahlavi argues that most of his countrymen are open to targeted action against the regime.

He told Iranians that the real enemy is ultimately their own government, led by Ali Khamenei.

“The tyrant in Tehran advocates warmongering in Iranian nationalism. But he does not speak for our country,” Pahlavi argued. “The crimes his regime has committed against you, our neighbors, are an affront to the Iranian people and our values.”

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu recently shared his hope for peace between his country and Iran, especially if Iran is freed from the regime in the future.

“Iran will finally be liberated, and that moment will come much sooner than people think. Everything will change,” Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in a video address to the Iranian people. “Our two ancient peoples, the Jews and the Persians, will finally be at peace. Our two nations, Israel and Iran, will also be at peace.”

Lana Silk, who heads Transform Iran, a ministry aimed at sharing the gospel in the country, said the recent uprising against the regime has prompted Iranians to risk their lives for political change like never before. He said that it shows that he wants it even if he wants to.

“It's a tough fight, but they're willing to fight. They're willing to pay whatever it takes to bring down the government,” Silk told CBN News. “We have seen Iranians on social media inviting Israel to attack their country.”

Video from Iran showed people dancing and singing in the streets after Hassan Nasrallah's assassination.

Since taking power 45 years ago, the administration's clerics have referred to the United States as the “Great Devil” and Israel as the “Little Devil.”

“I grew up in the countryside and was conditioned to hate Israel and America,” Silk recalled. “As high school girls, we had to wake up every morning and chant, ‘Death to America, Death to Israel.’ Our upbringing, our education, the propaganda on the news and on the walls, it’s all about us. have been trained to hate these two countries, and no matter how hard the government tries, they cannot hate the people.

Pahlavi told CBN News that despite Iran's continued violations of religious freedom, people are turning to Christianity like never before.

“Discrimination started against religious minorities. Jews were the first, followed by Baha'is,” Pahlavi told CBN News. “Recently, Christians have been the main targets. Iran currently has the fastest growing Christian faith, probably more than any other faith in the country. There are hundreds of underground churches in our country. There is.”

Shirk says he is encouraging Iran's underground Christians to share their faith in light of the possibility of war.

“We're talking about war, we're talking about unimaginable suffering that will come to Iran, so before that happens, I want to remind everyone we love about who Jesus is and what Jesus is for them. There's a sense that the sooner you let us know what you've done, the better.'' It's too late for them,'' Silk added.
