Pro-Palestinian militants burned an American flag and went on a street rampage during Fourth of July celebrations in New York City, according to a video posted by a journalist on X. Oriya Scooter Caster.
One clipThe video, which has been viewed nearly half a million times, shows protesters burning an American flag in Washington Square Park on Thursday, the journalist wrote in the video’s caption. The protesters, most of whom were wearing face coverings and very chic left-wing keffiyeh scarves, chanted the familiar slogan “Free Palestine!”
Part of the footage showed protesters yelling “Pigs, pigs, boo-boo, boo-boo!” at officers.
At the beginning of the video, detractors call the protesters “terrorists,” yell insults and tell them to leave the country if they don’t like America. One protester yells back, “Fuck America! Fuck Israel!”
At night, protesters gathered in another video One militant rampaged through the streets of New York City carrying a giant Palestinian flag and lit up the streets with a flare gun. A scooter-poster caption said chants of “Revolution! Revolution!” were heard during the march to “Flood Manhattan on the 4th of July.”
Scootecaster wrote in the caption of another post: clip Pro-Palestinian protesters “fired smoke and flares to block fireworks from being seen by crowds gathered in the Chelsea viewing area on Independence Day,” the report said.
The NYPD made several arrests during the protests, according to a photo from Getty Images.

4th video A video posted by a scootercaster showed a large group of NYPD officers struggling with what appeared to be hundreds of pro-Palestinian protesters who had spilled into the street. In one part of the video, protesters could be seen yelling “Pigs, pigs, boo-boo, boo-boo!” at the officers. In another part of the video, an officer was seen attempting to handcuff one of the protesters.
