Just in time for its 20th anniversary, the social media company announced Tuesday that its “Poke” feature is back, offering better suggestions on who to poke and making it easier to find poke pages. TechCrunch reported.
“Poke” technically never left, just buried deep within numerous settings and virtually impossible to find. You’ll have to search for “poke” in Facebook’s search bar or somehow memorize the unique URL to his Poke page.

In early 2024, Meta redesigned the Poke button to make it more visible and place the button next to the name a user searches for. It’s also now easier to find Poke landing pages. You can now type “poke” or “pokes” in the search bar instead of just “poke.”
