The suspect in the Thompson shooting, Luigi Mangione, was arrested at a McDonald's in Pennsylvania on Monday. Associated Press. The newspaper said Mangione had previously written that the United States has the most expensive health care system in the world and entered the courthouse screaming.

X's post includes a post by Musk criticizing Mangione, including an image of a smiling man. A screenshot of the post shows it has been viewed more than 3 million times.

The alleged post reads, “It's disgusting that people are making this guy into some kind of folk hero. Insurance companies, like any other company, can be cruel to their shareholders.'' The radical left, which supports otherwise, needs to grow radically.”

The post's caption simply reads, “'No matter how cruel.'”

However, this is not a genuine post from Mr. Musk. Not found via search of his X account.
