The claim is false. Check out your facts when you conducted an inverse image search. Original image Jean-Pierre's government X account, shared via @PressSec46. The original image is displayed at a wider angle. That is, the thread post is trimmed.

This information was used to find the facts we searched LinkedIn's White House employee list and identified the woman in the image as Kellison. According to her LinkedIn ProfileKerison is the White House press assistant.
Similarly, Lobach was identified by the US Army as a female pilot on February 1st in a Black Hawk helicopter. Associated Press. A photo of Lobach included in the Associated Press article shows that she doesn't look like Kerison.
