A lawsuit has been filed against Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Us Inc. This relates to a 2023 investigation into a former Florida employee accused of filming the skirts of a teenage girl.
Fox 35 Report In the lawsuit, the plaintiffs allege that Disney did not take sufficient action to prevent theme park guests from being exposed to the video voyage of former Disney employee Jorge Diaz Vega.
As reported by Breitbart News, Vega was defendant In 2023, he recorded a “upskirt” video of a woman at a Star War-themed shop where he was employed.
The incident involving an 18-year-old woman Walt Disney World Hollywood Studios. Vega was proven quickly.
The man has allowed hundreds of videos to be recorded at the location over the years, lifting up the woman's skirts and dresses, according to the arrest affidavit.
“Diaz Vega told deputies he had over 500 videos on his cell phone, and he said he recorded it as “guilty pleasure” for his own sexual satisfaction.
The accused further told investigators that recording these videos was a “guilty pleasure” for him, and although he estimated he had saved 600 such videos on his phone, he showed to investigators.
Diaz Vega was arrested for video voyeurism, records show.
Last week, an 18-page lawsuit was filed in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court against plaintiff Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Us Inc., the victim's grandparents.
The lawsuit also alleges that the theme park management failed to investigate Diaz Vega's previous employment records and did not “appropriately supervise” him despite prior reports that he had recorded or photographed his colleagues without consent.
