The federal government is seeking records from the boyfriend and others of “Dalton dictator” Tiffany Henniard, and others over development projects in the Illinois town. Authorities continue to investigate the newly exiled “super mayor” separately due to money mismanagement.
Dalton's village was attacked by federal subpoena on February 25th – Enyard was attacked on the same day he suffered the loss of the landslide mayor's primary election on land once allegedly owned by the current mayor's boyfriend. FOX32 reported.
The subpoena requires documents dating back to 2014, including citations, code violations, and all communications between property owners, tenants and villagers related to the project.
Heynard's partner Kamal Woods reportedly owned land that was once linked to the development, but is one of the thhoses listed on the subpoena.
It was not immediately clear whether Hynard was linked to the project.
Still, the subpoena was issued as federal authorities continue to investigate her activities since her time as mayor of the village.

The 41-year-old, first elected mayor in 2021, faces accusations of overseeing Offerle's spending during his turbulent mayoral term, including allegations that he misused taxpayer money to cover personal expenses such as police security details and luxury travel.
Hynard was attacked last year by two independent subpoena. One focused on her and her personal work, while the other revolved around town.
First, the federal government sought personnel files written in “cash”, wages and tax documents, time and attendance records, contracts and checks from Enyard's multiple efforts, including restaurants, property management companies, her political action committee, and charity in her name.
The second subpoena called for a flock of township financial documents, including credit card purchases, expense reports and refunds, security details, budgets covering vehicle use, pay records and ordinances.
It came after the Dalton Village board hired former Chicago mayor Lori Lightfoot, who served as federal prosecutor, oversees Henard's spending investigations and invited the FBI to begin its own investigation.
