Exclusive: A top grassroots group representing Jewish Republicans across the country is unveiling what it calls the largest fundraising and spending effort in history to support a Republican presidential candidate.

The Republican Jewish Coalition (RJC) will raise a minimum of $5 million from donors and the RJC Victory Fund super PAC to help elect former President Trump, in an announcement first shared on Fox News on Thursday. He emphasized that he is working hard to in a rematch with President Biden at the White House in November.

Sam Markstein, RJC’s national political director, said this is “the largest effort in RJC’s history to mobilize the Jewish community’s support for President Trump.”

Additionally, Markstein said the announcement is “in addition to $15 million in independent spending,” which is the largest independent spending in the organization’s history.

The announcement comes amid weeks of anti-Israel protests. university campus The country is in turmoil over the war between Israel and Hamas in the Gaza Strip.

“As anti-Semitism rises to record highs and relations between the United States and its ally Israel continue to reach new lows, the Jewish community seeks to turn the page on the failures, broken promises, and betrayals of Joe Biden. More vibrant than ever. November 5th can’t come soon enough.” Markstein insisted.

The RJC is a 40-year-old organization that describes itself as a “national Jewish Republican grassroots organization, representing tens of thousands of Jewish Republicans across this country.”

The late Republican mega-donor and casino magnate Sheldon Adelson, who passed away in 2021 at the age of 87, played a key leadership role in the RJC for many years and provided generous financial support.

The group remains neutral in the race for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination, and RJC’s annual leadership conference in Las Vegas last fall brought together all the major Republican White House candidates. Former Vice President Mike Pence made headlines in October when he announced at Conference Fab that he was suspending his campaign.

The RJC endorsed Trump in early March, shortly after the former president’s last rival, former U.N. ambassador and former South Carolina governor Nikki Haley, withdrew from the race.
