Florida creep, out on bond after allegedly exposing privates to girl, masturbating, saying ‘It’s big, isn’t it?’ caught again

The 32-year-old Florida man was told that a 32-year-old man, who was detained after the 2023 incident, exposed his private life to a 13-year-old girl, masturbated and said, “Isn't that big?”

What is the background?

About a year and a half ago, Lauderhill police said a 13-year-old girl was walking to school when the man in the vehicle said, “It's not big.” WTVJ-TV reported.

Records show Davis remained at the Broward County Jail Thursday afternoon.

The girl gave the officer an explanation of the man and his car, and detectives identified the suspect as Travis Davis, officials told the station.

Detectives arrested Davis on charges of schedule and lewd displays and arrested him for indecent sexual organ exposure, WTVJ said. Separate storiesIt added that police said they received additional calls from others explaining similar accounts.

Prosecutors at the time said Davis had allowed him to drive around the school and approach minor girls. WSVN-TV reported.

The judge ordered Davis to not contact minors and stay at least 100 feet away from all public and private schools in the area, WSVN said. Records show Davis was released on bonds while awaiting trial, WTVJ said.

Another charge

The 16-year-old told Fort Lauderdale police that she was walking to school near the 2100 block of Northwest 20th Avenue Monday morning when a grey Dodge Charger man approached her at the intersection, WTVJ said.

The girl said the man rolled the window, exposed his genitals and made inappropriate gestures and movements before escaping the scene, the station said.

Detectives later identified the man in question as Davis and were arrested Tuesday on charges of genital exposure (second crime) and violating pretrial release, police added to WTVJ.

Records show Davis remained at the Broward County Jail Thursday afternoon.
