A Florida woman told police that a man raped her. However, the rape accuser in this case was arrested on charges of attempted murder and armed robbery.
Officers with the Hialeah Police Department responded to a report of a sexual assault and shooting in the parking lot of a warehouse just after 9:30 p.m. on Jan. 6.
Detectives said they were “able to disprove” the woman's story after viewing the surveillance video.
Valerie Mezzaforbrack, 22, reportedly in ThorPolice confirmed she met the man outside her workplace. According to the arrest report cited by WPLG-TVShe reported to police that the man drove her to a warehouse parking lot where he pulled out a gun. She claimed he forced her to pull down her pants, raped her, and then “pulled her out the driver's side door by her hair.”
According to a police report, Mezaforblac said a man began firing shots at her as she fled the scene.
However, Mezzaforbrack reportedly refused to administer the rape kit to staff at the Roxie Bolton Rape Treatment Center the next day.
Police spoke with the suspect, who told authorities he met Meza Forblak at a bar and she asked him to leave with her.
The two men told investigators they drove to a warehouse parking lot and undressed each other to have sex, police said. WTVJ-TV. The man said the two had not had sex, but the situation turned out to be fatal.
Authorities interviewed Mezaforblak a second time, and he allegedly told investigators that he paid the victim $20 to charge his cell phone in the car.
She claimed that the man drove her to a parking lot where he raped her, but not at gunpoint.
Meza Forblak told detectives that the woman convinced the man to “let her urinate outside.”
According to the police report, Meza-Fawblak told police that when he saw the victim retrieve the firearm, he ran to the passenger door and attempted to open the door to retrieve his cell phone. That's what it means.
Investigators said they obtained surveillance video from the parking lot where the rape allegedly occurred, but the video showed a different scene. Detectives said they were “able to disprove” the woman's story after viewing the surveillance video.
Police say the video shows Meza Faubrac firing shots at the man's car. Detectives determined she shot him 15 times.

Meza Forblak was arrested on Jan. 15 and, as of Wednesday, remains at the Miami-Dade Correctional and Rehabilitation Center on $6,000 bail.
Meza Forblak reportedly has a criminal history. At the time of her arrest on January 15, she was reportedly on probation for another case. According to WPLG, Meza Fabrak used his alter ego, Hamanda, to defraud the renters of an apartment in Miami's Little Havana neighborhood. Authorities accused Mezaforbrack of stealing thousands of dollars in bond money. She was charged with operating as an unlicensed real estate agent, organized fraud, and grand larceny.
