“It makes me really angry to see someone polluting the sea like that,” said local resident Rodrigo Something. told WSVN.

“You know, no one else on the boat tried to stop them. Everyone was just celebrating.”

“So they were already leaving trash in the trash can, so they could have just put a bag, grabbed the bag, filled it up and thrown it away. Instead, they just dumped it casually into the ocean. It’s really sad to see that,” he added.

Representatives from Boca Bash told the outlet that the Spring Breakers’ actions were “completely unacceptable” and that they were being identified.

Local police and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission launched an investigation into the littering.
