According to the police, the elderly Florida man has been accused of killing his wife and stagering the site to make her death look like a suicide.
No Sport Police said Miroslav Maksic, 88, faced the murder of his wife, Miljka Maksic, is facing murder.
The incident occurred around 3:00 am on Sunday on 2700 blocks on a Halade Street in North Port, Florida.

The officer responded to the site after receiving a call about the person who was dead in suicide and found the victim's body.

“This is a tragic situation, but I am grateful for the dedicated work of the investigators and the consultation room who worked eagerly to clarify our investigators and the truth,” he said. Police chief Todd Garrison stated in a statement.
“The justice of the victims and the loved one is our top priority, and we are committed to being responsible for their actions,” Garison continued.
