An elderly woman in Orlando, Florida, was allegedly “violently robbed” moments after collecting a lottery ticket at a convenience store, with surveillance footage showing the horrifying moment the suspect attacked her.
Diego Starlin Tavares Fleury was charged by the Orange County Sheriff's Office with committing the crime Wednesday morning against an 83-year-old woman who had just claimed her lottery winnings at a store on Curry Ford Road. . said.

Another man wearing a gray T-shirt appeared to sense danger and followed closely behind the suspect, verbally questioning him before suddenly lunging towards the victim.
When the man in red grabbed the woman and tried to rip the prize money out of her hands, the good Samaritan jumped to protect her.
The victim was thrown to the ground and dragged across the sidewalk during the scuffle, but a man in a gray shirt was able to pry him from her.
The suspect was then seen running away with what appeared to be an envelope containing her money in his hand before the clip ended.
He initially fled, but the Orange County Sheriff's Office identified him as Diego Starlin Tavares Fleury and announced his arrest Thursday. update.
Fleury is now charged with robbery, sudden snatching and assault on a person over 65, ABC News reported.
