A 73-year-old Florida man was arrested on suspicion of promising a minor for sex on Instagram Live.
James Lehnert was charged with unlawful sexual conduct with a minor in connection with the March 31 video. fox tampa report. Authorities have not released details about the minor.

The minor was allegedly seen on Lehnert’s lap rubbing his head while talking about sex, sexual experiences with his ex-wife, and other sexual experiences. The video was discovered by several people, including a friend of the minor, who reported it to the police and provided them with the location of the victim’s iPhone.
When authorities arrived at Lehnert’s home, she was wearing only a robe and socks. The victim told police that on March 30, around 10 p.m., he met Lehnert who was sitting on the curb as he asked her to get into his car.
Authorities said Lehnert drove to her home and began talking about sex and money. Police said the man offered the minor $200 for sex, which the minor refused, but accepted the offer of $60 for oral sex.

The minor said he performed oral sex on her before stopping. Lehnert asked the victim’s age, but she said she didn’t know how old she was before the sexual act.
When the minors became uncomfortable, they started filming on Instagram Live. Authorities allegedly found condom wrappers, bottles of alcohol and boxes of condoms inside the home.
Lehnert was released Monday, according to jail records.
