A Florida man has filed a lawsuit against three pharmacies and their respective pharmacists, claiming he was prescribed Adderall and became mentally ill.
According to a lawsuit filed Wednesday in Orange County, Fox 35 reported that Robert Buckley was accused of having to pay for orders from Publix, CVS Pharmacy and Costco pharmacies, according to a lawsuit filed Wednesday in Orange County.
