Florida woman poses as ICE agent to kidnap ex-boyfriend’s wife, says victim must ‘suffer consequences of husband’s actions’

Police say a Florida woman impersonated a federal immigration officer in an attempt to lure out her ex-boyfriend’s wife.

Police arrested the Battle of Hathrasi, 52, on suspicion of robbery for being suddenly taken, lured and impersonated by law enforcement officers.

The suspect was “exposed to fear” because he was in the process of becoming a legal US resident.

Deputies with the Bay County Sheriff’s Office determined that the suspect was “shaking” with apparent fear in the apartment, according to the arrest that caused it.
