Foreign Policy Scholars Who Opposed Iraq War Oppose Adding Ukraine to NATO

Foreign policy scholars who opposed the Iraq War said Wednesday they would oppose Ukraine’s membership in NATO, saying it could lead to war between the United States and Russia.
