The Florida couple detoured to their destination instead of paradise after they allegedly attacked an airport employee who denied access after arriving late on a flight to Cancun.

The Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office has confirmed with WSVN that 40-year-old Rafael Seirafe Novas and 29-year-old Beatrice Rapoport de Campos Maia have been arrested on suspicion of assault on March 2.

The shocking video captured the whole argument that unfolded when he arrived late on an American Airlines flight to Cancun and was denied boarding around 8:35am at Miami International Airport when he was attempting to force his flight.

Both suspects did not ignore any signs of trespassing or verbal orders from ticket agents before arresting them on the restricted jet bridge via staff, authorities said.

According to an arrest report obtained by WSVN, Seirafe-Novaes is allegedly pushing two victims, while Rapoport de Campos Maia has been accused of pushing the victims and throwing coffee.

In the video, Seira Fenova is eventually escorted by a police car on the tarmac.

An American Airlines spokesman confirmed the incident with Fox News Digital and said the airline was working closely with police in the investigation.

“Violence has not been tolerated by American Airlines and we are committed to working closely with law enforcement in their investigation.”

It was unclear whether the couple would be banned from future American Airlines flights.

The flight was delayed due to the incident, but we arrived at our destination without a couple about 30 minutes after our scheduled arrival in Cancun.

Seirafe-Novaes was accused of resisting officers without violence or trespassing, but Maia was charged with two counts of battery and trespassing.
