A grand jury in Georgia has indicted father and son Collin Gray and father and son Colt Gray in connection with the Apalachee High School shooting that left four people dead and several others injured.
Colt Gray is charged as an adult with four counts of felony murder in connection with the shooting that killed four people at Apalachee High School in September. If convicted, he could face life in prison without parole or life in prison with the possibility of parole.
The father, Colin Gray, 54, was arrested and charged with allegedly purchasing the gun used in the shooting and giving it to his son as a gift for Christmas.
At a hearing Thursday morning, the Barrow County District Attorney said there were a total of 25 victims in the shooting.

Colt Gray was charged with 55 charges, including felony murder, malice murder, and aggravated assault.
His father, Colin Gray, was charged with 29 charges, including second-degree murder, manslaughter and reckless conduct.
Georgia is one of 42 states in the nation that have parents. criminally responsible on behalf of their children.

Arraignments for both men are scheduled for November 21st.
Officials say the four victims Colt Gray allegedly killed were two students, Mason Schermerhorn, 14, and Christian Angulo, 14, and a teacher, Richard A. They are Spinwall and Christina Army.
Colt Gray's mother, Marcy Gray, warned the school the morning of the attack and claimed teachers were already aware of the red flags.

In a previous interview with ABC News, Marcy Gray called her school counselor on the morning of the shooting, Sept. 4, 2024, about the concerning messages she received from her son, Colt Gray. He said he had alerted authorities.
Authorities said Collin Gray allowed Colt to use the semi-automatic AR-15-style rifle used in the shooting. But it's unclear how Gray got the gun onto campus or what he did with it during the two-hour period that began at 8:15 a.m. until the first shots rang out.

The Jackson County Sheriff's Office also visited the Gray home multiple times and placed the 14-year-old boy on high alert after a shooting threat was reported online in May 2023, leading up to the shooting at Apalachee High School. I was reporting it as a person. This is the school that Colt Gray, who was 13 years old at the time, attended.
It's unclear whether Barrow County Schools officials knew about the 2023 interviews before the shooting.
