The only Vice Presidential debate was truly one for the record books. And J.D. Vance was clearly in great shape.
“I think I've officially met the best vice presidential candidate of my life.” glenn beck “Glenn Beck Program” Blaze TV panel. “I can't think of a vice president who has impressed me more in debates than he has.”
“I believe this man is ready to be president. He knows that Donald Trump is not going to remain king forever because Donald Trump did not choose a sycophant. “It shows,” he continued. “He has chosen his successor.”
And because Democrats so thoroughly told voters that Vance was a “weird” guy, voters may have been shocked to see that he wasn't the caricature he was being sold.
“I kept coming back to the idea of putting myself in the mold of MSNBC viewers who had just heard this guy's floppy couch and weirdo kind of story.” Stu Bruguiere Say. “Imagine looking at that guy, it doesn't look like that at all. If you have any open-mindedness, I don't think you can think that Tim Walz won that argument. ”
Sarah Gonzalez I was also blown away by Vance's incredible performance.
“It's going to be very difficult for them to keep up the rhetoric that he's a far-right extremist and say, 'Oh, Project 2025, he's part of it, he and Donald Trump are going to destroy the country.' ”. “He was a very rational person,'' she told the panel, and everyone agreed.
“I thought this was the best apology for Donald Trump's candidacy, career, policies, and ideas that the American people have ever heard.” steve deace Say. “If the former president is wise, that will be his last word and he won't try to get the job done.”
“Let those be the last words the American people hear,” he added.
