Glenn Beck unpacks ‘grotesque’ SCOTUS ruling with a helpful metaphor

Despite Doge revealing hundreds of millions of dollars wasted by the U.S. International Development Agency on outrageous, fundamentally left, or indeed anti-American causes, the Supreme Court has decided to revoke President Trump's executive order, which freezes USAID funds, in order to uphold the original order of the subordinate courts.

“Donald Trump, if you can appoint it, make sure you find your scalp as our next Supreme Court judge,” pleads. Glenbeckcalling the court's ruling “grotesque.”

“The question is, who really has the reins of our government?” he asks.

“In this case, President Trump signed an executive order to freeze $2 billion in USAID funding on his first day back in office. [suspected] Deep corruption,” explains Glenn.

He instructed his team to “find waste, fraud and abuse,” according to campaign promises.

Following the order, “A group of nonprofits sued, lower judges ordered the funds to be unblocked, split 5-4 in the Supreme Court yesterday, and they supported the order,” essentially said, “You cannot suspend in Congress.”

But Glenn agrees with judges Alito, Kavanaugh, Golsatch and Thomas who have Donald Trump as chief administrator, particularly “because he is tasked with ensuring that he is faithful to carry out the law” and “can afford to manage his funds and eradicate corruption.”

Glenn hopes Scalia lives to remind the court, as he did in the 1988 case. Morrison vs. Olson“Giving the courts to grant discretion to microcontrolled enforcement surrounds the president's constitutional role.”

Glenn then provides a metaphor that will help explain what is going on. Imagine mom and dad (Council) decide to spend $500 on summer camp for their kids. The parents then discovered that the camp was corrupt and that the siblings had not paid the camp director as they discovered that the parents promoted everything they opposed.

If you are a parent in this situation, “Are you saying, 'Do you want to thank God?' or 'You have no right to do that. Do my money want to go to that corrupt camp?” Glenn asks, noting that the answer is clear.

“This is, in a nutshell, this is the case.” It's a family of 330 million people and cash is yours! “He says.

But Congress continues to say, “There's a huge pile of money here and we generally want this to happen.” “They can write in the law that they pass exactly where they need money and where they need to go.”

How did you get to this point? According to Glenn, it began in 1946 when Progressive passed the Management Procedure Act.
