GOP Rep. Brandon Gill Vows Articles of Impeachment Against Judge Blocking Trump from Deporting Gang Members

Rep. Brandon Gill (R-TX), chairman of the new Congressional freshman class, has pledged a perrgency story to a federal judge who temporarily blocked President Donald Trump from using alien enemy laws to force illegal alien gang members from the United States.

As reported by Breitbart News, over the weekend, Trump began to invoke the alien enemy laws and deport hundreds of illegal alien gang members at Tren de Aragua and the MS-13 Gangs.

The left-wing American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and the democratic forwards associated with Soros have sued the Trump administration on behalf of five illegal aliens accused of being members of the gang to stop the deportation.

Judge James E. Boasberg, appointed by former President Barack Obama; issued A temporary restraining order to stop Trump from using alien enemies is issued to deport illegal alien gang members.

In a post on X, Gill said he will “submit an ammo each article against activist judge James Boasberg this week” to remove him as the Supreme Court judge of the District of Columbia.

On his order, Boasberg ordered the Trump administration to turn around a deportation flight filled with such gang members bound by El Salvador.

Submissions from the ACLU and Democracy aimed at citing Boasberg read:

…The court has directed management and the government to turn around the planes of the agency carrying individuals. [Alien Enemies Act] declaration:”[T]You will inform your clients immediately of this, and the planes that include these people who take off or are in the air need to be returned to the US, but those people need to return to the US. But that has been achieved. Looking back at the plane, I'll leave to you whether it's going to get over someone on the plane or carry someone covered in the plane. However, this is what you need to ensure that you adhere to immediately. ”

In response, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said, “A single judge in a single city cannot direct the movement of aircraft carriers full of foreign foreign terrorists physically expelled from US soil.”

“…The Supreme Court has repeatedly made it clear,” Leavitt said. “Federal courts generally have no authority to remove foreign terrorists from the US soil and deny declared aggression,” Lewitt said.

The last time a federal judge was fired by the House and convicted in the Senate was when Clinton-appointed judge G. Thomas Porteus Jr. was removed from the US District Court in Eastern District of Louisiana on charges of accepting bribes under Perjury's punishment and making a false statement.
