Investigators have solved the case of a quadruple shooting in Queens that left one man dead and three others injured, police said Wednesday.
Eric Foster, 39, of Queens, was charged with second-degree murder, three counts of attempted murder, two counts of assault, and eight counts of possession of a weapon.
Police said Foster killed Kenny Dunn, 29, also of Queens, in South Jamaica on the Friday before Christmas.
Police said they received multiple calls about multiple men being shot outside a home on 143rd Street around 3:15 p.m.
Witnesses told police that four men were standing near the car when Foster approached and fired shots.
Police said Foster shot the men and then fled.
According to police, officers responding to the scene found a victim at the scene suffering from various injuries.
Dunn was reportedly shot in the back.
Another 29-year-old man was also shot in the right arm, authorities said.
A 36-year-old man was shot in the left shoulder, and a 43-year-old man was shot in the back and right arm.

All four were taken to a Jamaican hospital, where Dunn was pronounced dead.
Investigators tracked Foster on video to a nearby home, executed a search warrant and found 1.6 pounds of cocaine and an arsenal of weapons, including a rifle and other guns, law enforcement officials told the Post. .
At a press conference shortly after the shooting, police described the motive for the shooting as “gang related.”
As of Tuesday afternoon, Foster had not yet been charged with these latest charges.
