Hundreds of pagers exploded across Lebanon on Tuesday, injuring dozens of people, state media reported.
The Lebanese state news agency reported that “a portable pager system using advanced technology was reported to have exploded in Beirut's southern suburbs and other areas, injuring dozens of people.” It was not immediately clear whether there were any fatalities.
