Harris Interview with Local Pennsylvania Reporter Turns into Disaster

In her second interview since entering the presidential race on Friday, Vice President Kamala Harris disparaged her own record with the Biden-Harris administration, saying its policies are not “fit for the 21st century.”

Harris faces a conundrum: Campaigning on policies to improve crime, inflation and border security could undermine the policies of the Biden-Harris administration, but she must tout the administration's policies to make her own record and the legitimacy of her candidacy.

After being criticized for not answering questions during Tuesday's debate, Harris' campaign on Thursday, as promised, suggested to Philadelphia's Action News 6 ABC's Brian Taff that Harris has a fresh “approach” with “new ideas” to the “current situation.”

“Are there one or two policy areas or approaches that I can say make me different from other people? [than Joe Biden]”?” Tuff asked.

“My approach is new ideas, new policies addressed to where we are today, and, frankly, my focus is on what do we need to do in the next 10 to 20 years to catch up with the 21st century,” Harris said. Reply.

“I'm obviously not Joe Biden, and, you know, I propose a new generation of leadership,” she said, citing examples of what the Biden-Harris administration has failed to achieve, such as helping people achieve the American Dream.

So, for example, think about developing and creating an opportunity economy. It's about investing in areas that really need a lot of work, and maybe focusing again on aspirations and dreams, but also recognizing that in this moment, some of the things that we took for granted years ago can no longer be taken for granted. For example, another plan that I have is a new approach, expanding the child tax credit to $6,000 for young families in the first year of their child's life, because that's obviously a very important stage in a child's development, and many young parents need help buying car seats and cribs and clothes for their children.

Taff also told Harris, under price and make life more Affordable for people.”

Ms. Harris gave the same answer she used in the debate: “I grew up a middle-class kid,” she said. Replyand ignored the question again. As Breitbart News reported, Harris's claims are “largely false.” Harris comes from a well-off Canadian family and grew up in Westmount.

In response to a question about former President Donald Trump's “appeal and how he speaks to his voters,” [about it]” Harris Delivered He just gave a string of words and did not directly answer the question.

“I, base On experience and and One Lived experience, know Iyeah my heart, I know in my soul, I know that of Vast majority of We As American Have So Many more in General than what Isolate “We,” she rambled, “and I also think most Americans appreciate that we want a leader who will unite us as Americans, not someone who calls himself a leader who will turn us against each other.”

“Let's bring everyone together,” she said.

Harris finally said She wants to ban guns. “I feel very strongly that saying we need to ban assault weapons is consistent with the Second Amendment and the right to own and own guns,” she said. They literally tool of war.”

“We're not taking away anyone's guns,” she added at the same time.
