Surveillance cameras captured a heartbreaking moment when a “soulless” driver abandoned a malnourished dog near the Arizona desert. The dog's owner has been identified and charged – and the puppy has found a new family he loves.
Around it 12:16pm On Saturday, surveillance cameras stopped the red SUV in the middle of the street about an hour northwest of Phoenix.
“I was angry. I was surprised and shocked. So many emotions.”
The passenger door of the SUV opens and someone in the car says, “Goodbye!”
As the driver speeds up, the little abandoned dog chases after the car.
However, a local woman was walking her dog when she witnessed the disturbing incident.
“I was screaming,” Joanna Bouzen said. KSAZ-TV. “I couldn't collect quickly enough.”
“I looked at the bumper in the car, then the dog was thrown out of the vehicle and then the dog was running towards the car,” explained Bouzen.
“He felt defeated. When the dog is sad or defeated, it's not okay. You were even bold to say goodbye on the video.
Busen said she carried the dog all the way home and gave her the abused animal. The dog was reportedly malnourished and its ribs were visible.
“It was defeated. It was sad,” Busen said. KTVK-TV. “I was angry. I was surprised and shocked. So many emotions.”

Surprise police immediately began an investigation, with 20-year-old Whitman of Logan Gunville and 26-year-old Priscilla Galanos of Phoenix relying on police on Monday, KTVK reported.
Galanos has been hit with misdemeanor animal cruelty, and Gambir faces misdemeanor charges of conspiracy to commit animal cruelty.
“All innocent things deserve justice. I honestly believe them.”
“I think they had no regrets about their actions and I think it's malicious intent,” Busen said.
Meanwhile, the dog was welcomed with open arms by Surprise Police Station officials.
The department released a video On social media, you can waggle his tail to show you a happy dog and get affectionate attention from the police officer.
“He has a new team, a warm bed and all the belly he can handle,” the department said in the video.
The department said the dog will be released to Arizona Humanitarian Societyit can raise him for adoption.
“We are encouraging any community group or any community that may not be able to care for animals seeking assistance from the Arizona Humane Society,” said Surprise Police Department. It is listed.
