Christina Hall admits filming her new reality series The Flip Off with ex-boyfriend Josh Hall was not fun.
The home renovation expert and estranged husband was scheduled to perform with her first husband, Tarek El Moussa, and his new wife, former Selling Sunset star Heather El Moussa.

“It wasn't fun filming with him,” she said. “So, to be honest, breaking up has made it a lot easier and a lot better in every way.

“It would have been difficult to film this show. I'm jealous of Tarek, I don't like our dynamic, because Tarek and I have our own dynamic, and some people might call it flirtatious. To me, it's like a brother.”

Tarek and Christina were married for seven years and had two children together before their divorce was finalized in 2018.
Josh's absence from the set was noted by some, albeit in a positive way.

“I don't want to be mean, but I was kind of happy to see him go,” Heather said.

Tarek said: “At first she was having a hard time, but she recovered very quickly. As you can see, she has her energy back. She's happy. She's excited about life. She's doing things. ” he pointed out.
Christina agreed with Tarek, saying, “That's true. I've been telling him that things are bad for at least a year, probably 18 months, so it wasn't news to him.” .

When it comes to rumors that Christina's second ex-husband, Ant Anstead, will appear on the series, Tarek was more candid in his response than his wife.
“I think so, yeah,” Tarek said, and Heather teased, “We'll just have to find out.”

Ant and Christina finalized their divorce in June 2021. The former couple shares custody of their 5-year-old son, Hudson.
Both had words of wisdom regarding Tarek and Christina's relationship as friends and co-parents of their children.
“Healing yourself is the first step, then healing your past broken relationships is the second step,” Tarek said.
