“He's saying to Black Americans, I think, that the Democrats always say we're the champions of Black people, but they're not doing anything,” Harris said. “It's like, President Trump is a businessman. We're not going to leave anybody behind. I think he sees an opportunity to create wealth within the black community because it's really tight-knit.”
