Donald Trump hasn't even been back in office for a week, but he's already brought major changes to Biden's once “woke” America.
One of the biggest ideological changes the administration has already made is putting all federal employees in DEI offices on paid leave and ordering DEI to shut down. This includes all external-facing media, such as web pages and social media accounts that focus on your DEI program.
President Trump also ended affirmative action for federal contractors and universities and established affirmative action, prohibiting all federal contractors and publicly funded universities from discriminating on the basis of race. He signed an executive order revoking Lyndon Johnson's Executive Order 11246.
Additionally, the administration has asked all agency heads to ask employees if they are aware of efforts to disguise DEI programs with coded or imprecise language and report their findings. Employees caught trying to circumvent this will face “adverse repercussions.”

Glenn Beck believes the Trump administration is ready for anything, telling Stu, “If you don't think Donald Trump was ready, just look at this week.” he said.
“Yesterday, I was talking to someone who was involved in this project, and he said that President Trump is listing all of his campaign promises. He's telling everyone, 'Remember what I said. Please write it on the list. He also makes a list and actually checks it twice,” he continues.
“He's determined to keep all his campaign promises, so left, you want to know what he's going to do? Take his word for it,” he added.
