Hunter Biden to appear in federal court for first appearance in Special Counsel Weiss tax case

Mr. Weiss filed the complaint in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

The charges include three felonies and six misdemeanors related to $1.4 million in unpaid taxes that have already been paid.
