Hunter Biden won a bid to drop a laptop hacking lawsuit due to money issues, but he will not be able to file a case again in the future, the judge ruled.
California federal judge Hernanbera On Thursday, Biden, 55, partially granted demand that Biden, 55, dismiss the lawsuit against former White House aide Garrett Ziegler.
The post revealed only photos last week showing the Hunter's house appearing unharmed.
It was unclear whether there was any invisible damage in the house.
Ziegler – trade adviser Peter Navarro during the first Trump administration – tried to fight the lawsuit with him and his fall so he could chase Biden Scion for legal costs.
Vera agreed to shut down the case, but the judge denied any efforts by Hunter to keep things open-ended, and the possibility that he might one day file the case again.
Hunter was scheduled to abdicate by Ziegler on March 10th. He claimed he illegally hacked his infamous laptop and shared embarrassing content on the conservative nonprofit site Marcopolo.
Hunter and Ziegler's lawyers did not immediately return requests for comment Friday morning.
