Americans are paying tribute to Charlie Kirk, the founder of Turning Point USA, following his passing. In a unique homage, a small business in Idaho is honoring his legacy in a heartfelt way.
At Grooveberries, a frozen yogurt shop in Coeur d’Alene, customers can find cups marked with “1993-2025” and adorned with a photo of the late conservative activist.
Owner Chase Gibson mentioned that these specially decorated cups are “flying off the shelf.”
His wife, Sarah Gibson, started placing stickers on the cups just Saturday. “Charlie Kirk lost his life due to his faith in Jesus Christ,” she remarked. “He spoke the truth even when it was hard, and he never backed away from his mission to share the truth to save what was lost.”
Sarah expressed the importance of keeping Kirk’s message alive. “We won’t allow his voice to fade away,” she insisted. “We need to carry on his message in this world.”
The couple initially ordered 500 stickers from Amazon to get things started.
Sarah also mentioned her intention to support other local businesses to meet the growing demand. “We have received incredible support, and it’s exciting to see our community share the same desire to honor Charlie’s memory,” she said.
Updates on Charlie Kirk’s Legacy
She further emphasized the responsibility they feel to use their platform in Kirk’s honor, saying, “We feel it’s essential to promote his legacy through our business.”
Customers have been enjoying the yogurt cups and sharing their experiences on social media, with many posting photos and videos online.
Gibson opened Grooveberry during the pandemic in 2021, noting that their faith plays a central role in everything they do.
For the Gibsons, each decision they make—whether serving customers or raising their children—reflects their beliefs in leadership, emphasizing that “Jesus is king.”
Sarah mentioned she is placing daily orders for more Kirk stickers to keep the cups available as long as there’s a demand. A “huge order” is already in the works to ensure they can continue honoring Charlie Kirk.
